Milestone & Sitter photography St Albans

Milestone sessions - they are exactly that! A mini session in my baby photography St Albans studio, designed to capture baby showing off their most recent achievement - whether that's confidently sitting, crawling or walking. I like to think of them as the 'in between' stage of newborn and turning one - babies change so much during that first year, there's lots of moments to capture before their special first birthday.

These mini sessions are captured with simplicity, making sure the focus is all on baby - I use a few toys to help entertain them, along with soft blankets to play peekaboo and capture those gorgeous smiles! I always go with a baby or child led approach to my sessions, to ensure we have some beautiful happy images of little ones.

Milestone sessions are designed to capture your baby individually and are captured on either my white backdrop, or my barley coloured backdrop is also available for these sessions (see photos), just let me know your preference when booking.

If you didn't capture images in the first few weeks of baby's life, please don't worry - they're still tiny at a few months old and can produce some gorgeous smiley photos at this age too!
